BEACH ACCESS The beach is located at the SeaPines Beach Club. Its is 1.4 miles or a 5 min bike. Parking at the beach club is for owners only.

Explore our newly renovated Heritage Villa in Hilton Head, walking distance from Harbour Town and overlooking Harbor Town Golf Links' first hole. This villa offers updated bathrooms, new furnishings, LVP flooring, and easy access to dining, shopping, boat rentals, and the Sea Pines Trolley. Situated on the Sea Pines bike trail, you can enjoy 20 miles of scenic paths, including trips to Lawton Stables and the ocean, just 1.5 miles away.
Inside, a bright living room with new sofas and a flat-screen TV connects to a dining area for six and a modern kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. Sliding doors open to a stone patio among live oak trees. A seasonal pool is steps away. The first floor includes a double bedroom, full bath, and laundry. Upstairs, discover a cozy reading nook, master king room with an en suite bath, another double bedroom, and a hallway bath.

- Pet Friendly- This house is dog friendly (no cats) with a $250 non-refundable per pet deposit plus tax. Certain restrictions do apply. Up to 2 dogs allowed.

This condo was the perfect place for my family. The location was right on the first hole at harbor town. The pool was a great place to go after the beach and my son always made friends with the other kids. I would def recommend
Awesome place to stay. Relax Rentals was very responsive and easy to work with on any questions we had leading up to check in and had great communication throughout stay all the way to departure. We were never left wondering about anything. They covered every detail.
