BEACH ACCESS The beach is located at the SeaPines Beach Club. It is 1.4 mile or a 5 min bike. Parking at the beach club is for owners only.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to our ground-floor condo in Racquet Club Villas, nestled within the sought-after Sea Pines community, just a 7-minute walk to charming Harbour Town's shops and dining.
Enjoy the pool, clay tennis courts, and nearby world-famous golf courses. Explore miles of scenic bike trails and indulge in horseback riding. Hike the forest preserve's trails and do some birdwatching. When it's beach time, a quick bike ride takes you to the local sandy shores. Don't miss the Sea Pines Beach Club's oceanfront bar or Coligny Beach State Park.
Inside, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a three-person kitchen bar await. Relax on the spacious patio for morning coffee or alfresco dining. After adventures, unwind in the living area with a Roku TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sleep peacefully in the primary King bedroom with deck access and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a bathroom with an updated glass shower accessible from the hallway.

We stayed at this same unit 2 years ago. The remodel/refresh was very well done. The location is excellent - close enough to Harbour Town to walk and the beach shuttle comes right by. Good view of the golf course and it was entertaining watching different skill level golfers each morning & afternoon. It's an end unit so there is an extra window and neighbors on one side only. We rented bicycles this year and the kids enjoyed riding all around Sea Pines. There really are no negatives to this unit. There are steps to get into the unit and into the sunken living area so be aware if anyone in your party has walking issues.

All appliances and electronics appeared new and were excellent. The bedroom drapes were new (much better than vertical blinds) and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were dated but functional and easy to keep clean. The grill is a real plus. Overall, the villa is in a great location, close to everything you want in Sea Pines, and worth the rental price for a March stay. We would gladly consider this property again in the future.

This unit has a lovely location on the golf course, close to pool and trolly access to beach. We enjoyed having our coffee on the golf course each morning and watching the golfers in the evening. I'd definitely stay here for a weekend.

Our stay was amazing! We had everything we needed and more in our home! It's was so clean and spacious for our family! It's just a short walk to the harbor and a little hang out plaza that has restaurants, ice cream, retail shops and parks! Everything is so close and within a 10 minute drive including grocery stores and so much more. There are extra curricular activities that are also in the resort along with its own beach! Could not have asked for a better stay!

We stayed in July 2021. The property was pretty much as described and shown. There are minor differences (i.e. the couch) but what you see is what`s there. Everything in the unit worked pretty well. Some appliances were a bit dated but I assure you that you can live with it for a week.This location is excellent. The free Sea Pines trolley stops here, making trips to the Beach Club (your beach access point) and Harbour Town an air conditioned journey. There is no problem taking beach chairs or umbrellas on the trolley, either. The unit had a closet full of beach chairs & sporting goods for your use. The pool is super convenient and it wasn`t crowded while we were there. The tennis courts were always available in the afternoon & evening (pro lessons happened most mornings). Great view of Heron Point hole #11 to see both good & bad golf all day long. Nothing in HHI is all that far away and this location was close enough to town to go out whenever. Overall a great stay & we`ll go again.

Very nice 2BR unit in a great location within walking distance of Harbor Town. Updated one level unit with larger than normal rooms on the 11th green of Herron Golf Course. Large patio to enjoy the view with an outdoor grill available. Single level end unit with much privacy.
