PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to our prime Sea Pines Resort vacation home, ideally situated just a short 8-minute bike ride or 1-mile drive from the beach and Sea Pines Beach Club. You're also within a mile of the Plantation Golf Club and only 1.1 miles from the iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse & Yacht Basin, with the Salty Dog just 3.6 miles away.
The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, while an attached guest house, though connected, has a separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Currently undergoing renovations set to be completed by Spring 2022, the property is being upgraded with a mudroom, new bathrooms in the main house, fresh furnishings, flooring, paint, smart TVs, enhanced Wi-Fi, and more.
Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there's a formal dining area seating 8. A spacious breakfast nook accommodates 6, with a Keurig coffee machine provided. The central living room features a fireplace and a 50" smart TV, while bay windows offer views of the pool and Ocean Golf Course.
Additional amenities include a private lounge in the main house, a separate entrance to the attached guest house, a renovated pool with a wading platform, sun deck, lounge chairs, and an 8-piece patio set. Wi-Fi coverage is strong throughout the property, and well-lit sidewalks and driveway make for safe evenings. Ample parking for 3 large SUVs and bikes completes the package. Your ultimate vacation awaits!

Great location. Walk to trolley stop to the beach. All the amenities in the house. The house was super clean. The pool was a great feature. Got used A LOT!

Great location for bike ride to Harbor Town, shops and the beach. Nice, heated pool and plenty of space for kids and adults. Well-furnished home for our family of 6 and parents. Would definitely go back!

This house was in an amazing location in Sea Pines, close to the horses, the beach, and walking trails. We enjoyed walking each morning, exploring the area, and then cooling off in the pool. We had a hard time everyday trying to get our son out of the pool actually, haha. The house was very clean and the remodeled bathrooms were wonderful! And Relax Rentals was very easy to work with, check in and out was a breeze! The only negative for us was having the half of the family in the pool house. If you have teenagers the pool house would be an amazing fit! They would love the privacy. My husband, kids and I felt a little out of the loop in the pool house but its because our kids are younger. At night we went back to the pool house earlier in the evening, so we felt like we missed a little family time. This is only a preference on our part, the house itself was great! Highly recommend staying here if you are in search of a Hilton Head property!

253 Greenwood is a wonderful vacation home. The layout is unique but really useful if you have teens. The 2 bedrooms that are separate from main house, in like an old pool house connected to main house just not by an inside door, allows teens to have their own space. It's stocked like a regular residence, not a short term rental. And that sure is nice. The pool is good sized and shaded so it's not too hot on hot summer days. Relax Rentals was extremely easy to work with and sent all pertinent information ahead of time so getting sea pines passes and getting in the house was a breeze. We had 2 issues while there and they were resolved that day or the next morning. Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach club. I would highly recommend this house for anyone's vacation.

What a great house to vacation at. The 2 bedrooms being separated from main house is great for kids to have their own space but Atilla be together with everyone else. Pool is good sized and shaded so during the hot summer months it's very pleasant. Best part of house is how well stocked it is especially for a rental house. Has everything and not just a few of them. Relax rentals was great the whole time. We had a couple issues with appliances and they were easy to get in touch with and quick to resolve issues. Overall a wonderful experience.

This house met the needs of our family. We loved that the trolley stop for the beach is right across the street! This makes it convenient for everyone to come and go as they please. The layout of the house is on point, the “pool house” is great for the teenagers to be off to their own but still under the eyes of adults. The only negative we had was the pool was dirty and not cleaned until Wednesday. We were able to use the net to get leaves and needles of the top but it was in desperate need of vacuuming.
Location was great, easy bike to beach and the trolley was right across from the house. The pool was perfect for us as the kids could swim in the mornings and evenings and not bother any of the other properties. Property was in great condition and very comfortable and spacious the couch had one section that the springs were broken but the kids didn't mind. Overall a great property and we would definitely stay here again!
