BEACH ACCESS The beach is located at the Dunes House. It is 1.6 miles or a 6min bike ride. Parking at the Dunes House is for owners only. 

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Welcome to 26 Port Tack, a versatile home designed for modern living. With a home office and spacious layout, it's perfect for homeschooling and remote work. Recently updated, it offers a new pool, spa, and deck with serene lagoon views.

Inside, you'll find open, airy spaces with vaulted ceilings and skylights. Hardwood and tile flooring enhance the common areas, while carpeting adds comfort to the bedrooms.

The home includes a Carolina room with a sleeper sofa and a discreet Murphy bed in the office area. Three bedrooms are located down the hallway, with the master offering access to the deck and pool. Its en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, a skylight, an updated shower, and a relaxing soaker tub. The two guest bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom.

The close proximity to the beach allows for an easy walk or bike ride to the relaxation that the ocean breeze provides.

Transportation – Palmetto Dunes Buggy (seasonal) is a free shuttle to the beach, marina, shops and restaurants.

CAR PASSES – Palmetto Dunes requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $25/week per vehicle. These must be ordered in advance.
