All of this is thoughtfully ensconced within lush landscaping to ensure your utmost privacy while you revel in these amenities.

Upon entering, you'll ascend the stairs to discover a delightful wraparound deck adorned with inviting rocking chairs, ideal for unwinding. Adjacent to this, a generously sized screened patio beckons with comfortable seating arrangements and a charming outdoor dining space, setting the stage for immediate relaxation and leisure.

Stepping inside, the interior of this home greets you with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and tastefully upgraded furnishings. The open and spacious kitchen is perfectly designed for preparing family meals and comes equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range, a second oven, and a microwave. Abundant cabinetry ensures all your kitchenware needs are met. CAR PASSES – Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be ordered in advance.
