My husband and I wanted to get away from the cold weather. He happened upon this rental. We have stayed in The Breakers before and love the location. But we have never rented through Relax Rentals. Erica, the property manager went out of her way to accommodate us. She even called us before the trip because she had a couple extra days available (in case we were interested in extending). I appreciated that she thought to offer it to us before renting to someone different. We extended, of course! If you stay at the Breakers, rent through Relax Rentals! You won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Breakers. The booking process was a breeze and they were quick to respond and assist when we needed to switch our week. The condo was neat and clean. We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony of the ocean. The pool was nice and kept well maintained.

We had a great time at Breakers after planning a very last minute vacation. Our condo was a good size for our family of 4 - our 2 and 7 year old loved the bunk bed! Our condo was modern and had a beach-y feel! The location is perfect - close to beach, pool (lots of fun hanging with the other condo guests!), and coligny plaza happenings. We can't wait to come back!

We loved it! I was a little skeptical because you popped up while I was using my VBRO app. We have been going to the Breakers for years & renting through the owner. & he sold his condo at the Breakers. These are the things that I loved. You were a brick building that made me feel more secure using you. I found it out standing that I was given a voucher for rentals. I also appreciated that I was able to add a day before checkin & a day to extend our stay. You were quick to respond to our calls & our needs. 321 was wonderful. It was clean & I Loved the way it was decorated. I love the beach towels for our use from Relax Rentals. My only wish was that we had a broom or sweeper because of the sand. We bought a broom at Walmart & solved the issue. We won't hesitate to use your company again. We are thinking about going down again in Sept/Oct & April/May & will contact you. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great location for our long weekend at Hilton Head. We were able to leave the car parked most of the time and walk wherever we wanted to go, including to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. The beach was close, and the view of the sunrise was beautiful. The place is well maintained, with newer furniture and decor. As a few reviewers mentioned, it is small, but we didn't come to the beach to hang out inside. It worked fine for my spouse and me and our two teens. Management was responsive quickly when I had a question.
