Easy access to Sea Pines Beach, Harbour Town, and local restaurants and attractions. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again.

This property has it all. Beautiful home with all the extra touches you don't normally see in a rental. The back deck was a favorite spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning or grill in the evening. We had a relaxing family trip here with four teenagers. Plenty of room and centrally located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed evening bike rides on the beautiful bike trails as well. We would love to stay here again when we visit Hilton Head in the future.

This house is gorgeous on the inside and very roomy for a 3 bedroom home. The back deck overlooks a backyard (big enough to throw a frisbee around) with a lagoon in the back. The only downsides we could find were that we were 15 minute bike ride from Harbor Town and to get to the bike trails we had to ride in the road for a ways. The locals drive very fast on this road and we're not very considerate about having to ride kids along the road on bikes. Overall, it was a great experience! The trolly ride also made our trips to the beach more simple!

Home was beautifully decorated. Nice furnishings. The home itself was amazing. If you are wanting a view of the pond behind the house there is not one. The growth beside the pond blocks the views so you can not sit on the deck and watch the local wild life. The home is not situated in an ideal location for the beach. You must take a trolley to the beach. You have to drive to the trolley pick up and then get on the trolley. During Covid you are not allowed to take beach chairs, bags, or coolers. There is no where to park near the beach unless you are a Sea Pines member and with your beach gear it is to far too bike to the beach each day. We enjoyed riding bikes. Sea Pines scenery is prestige so the morning bike rides never get old. We lived everything about our stay but the beach situation was impossible.

This lovely home was completely redone, making your stay truly 1st class. The rental management company very responsive and helpful. I would book this home again in a heartbeat!

The unit was very clean and had a great layout for our parents who can't do steps very well. The house was well appointed and we were very comfortable during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The only challenges we had was that there was no convenient or reasonable access to a pool and there was not really an option to park at the Beach club.

This is a great, updated and furnished home. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. It is nicely furnished and a great location for us cause we weren’t there to go to the beach (more golf!). Kitchen was decently stocked with cooking stuff but not spices, coffee, coffee filters so be sure to bring your own! Supplies in general were marginal - we stayed in rentals 20+ weeks a year and most left basic spices, small oil, laundry detergent (only one small box was left), coffee filters, coffee starter …didn’t have any of that. Towels and bedding I would say could use improvement - the master mattress was soft and the bedding was a thin coverlet (I’m more of a duvet person). Patio was a mess when we arrived but they were quick to clean up when I asked. Lots of debris falls from trees so it would be nice if they left a broom for you to clean it every day. And some cushions on the chairs outside would make it more inviting. Overall I would recommend it as it's clean and stylish but definitely some little things could make the stay that much better!

Our kitchen is well stocked with needed kitchenware and supplies for guests to cook with. For guest safety we do not stock food items such as oil, coffee, spices, etc. We do provide our guests with a starter kit of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. We appreciate your feedback about the linens and mattress. We have an additional comforter in the closet if guests need more warmth. The mattresses are in good working order and the linens of good quality, but each guest has their own unique preference. We have two brooms in the home, but will look into adding a specific outdoor broom. Our lovely oak tree helps to make the backyard a wonderful outdoor setting, but due to leaves and sap we found it easier to maintain more outdoor friendly furniture. Thanks to your feedback we have re-added outdoor cushions for guest use on the outdoor furniture. We hope to host you again very soon.

I will forever be saving this property on the top of my list. Perfect location and stunning to stay in. It was absolute luxury in every single inch of this home!

Great location.

Our first trip to HHI was a family vacation with kids, our most recent visit was a kid-free trip with friends. The house was perfect for both situations! It’s been beautifully remodeled and provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We were able to find everything we needed easily. The living room was comfortable and inviting. We all enjoyed viewing the wildlife (cardinals, geckos, squirrels, alligators and raccoons) pass through the property. The 2 separate dining areas were a nice touch. We would sip coffee at one table in the morning and enjoy drinks, dinner and games at the other in the evenings. The bathrooms were large and bright and had wonderful rain head shower heads. The bedrooms were cozy and had plenty of space for us to unpack and hang up our clothes. The washer and dryer were so convenient to have as well. The location in Sea Pines was incredible. The house backs up to a beautiful lagoon and the street is quiet and peaceful. We had bikes delivered directly to the house upon our arrival and we spent nearly every morning biking a short 15 minutes to the beach. We had a fishing trip planned one morning and only needed to drive less than 10 minutes to meet our guide. There are several bars and dining options a few minutes away as well as 2 grocery stores, yoga studios, cafes, and massage therapists. We were able to find something for everyone! We loved every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to planning our next trip!

This home was the ideal location for our Sea Pines, Hilton Head getaway. We stayed 5 nights and left wishing we had booked a longer stay. The living room was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The home was very spacious and perfect for staying in or to use as a home base while exploring Hilton Head and Savannah. We really liked having an eat-in kitchen for less formal meals and a nice sized dining table for a more formal setting. Plenty of space for us to spread out! We had some work to get done and the small round table in the living room was the perfect setting. Beds all super comfy! The shower in the master bedroom is actually perfection!! We would absolutely return to this lovely home!

Our family of 4 had THE BEST time in Hilton Head staying at this gorgeous home. Even though there was only four of us, this home can comfortably fit 8 with all the amenities you need: beautiful large kitchen, 2 large dining tables that fit up to 14 people, gorgeous large bathrooms with double sinks, washer/dryer, outside living set in a beautiful community. We had our bikes waiting for us there via delivery of a local bike shop & biked all over the island. Easy in and out access of the community was key. We even biked and had access to sea pines beach club and enjoyed a beautiful lunch with an ocean view! Couldn’t be happpier with our stay and we will definitely be staying at this property again! Easy access to all restaurants, bars and the beach! Great family time spent in this beautiful setting. One thing I would recommend is to bring your own salt & pepper shakers.

The home in Sea Pines was the perfect place for a Memorial Day vacation! On arrival, check in was very easy using the information that had been provided by the rental company and we found the house immaculately clean. There were great beaches within an easy bike-ride and supermarkets, drugstores and anything else we needed was available less than five minutes away. Sea Pines is a quiet and pretty development and though we didn`t play golf, we enjoyed riding past beautiful courses. Our daughter loved running around the open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining room and we loved being able to relax while keeping an eye on her. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big family meals and though we were visiting during a heat wave, the air conditioning kept us very comfortable inside. If you`re in the mood for fried fish, I highly recommend the Sea Shack which is a few minutes away! The line is long, but worth it.

A beautiful home that is everything it is advertised to be! My family and I enjoyed the spaciousness, the decor,the comfortable beds and unique bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and especially enjoyed the coffee bar! The home was immaculate!I would highly recommend this property not only for it`s elegant style but for the convenience of being in Sea Pines with the Trolley Service from Harbor town to the beach, marina, restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning in the future.
