This single-level villa comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Queen bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The King bedroom enjoys convenient access to a full bathroom through the hallway, with both bedrooms featuring ample closet space.
Nestled in the Palmetto Dunes community near the entrance, Queens Grant offers easy access to the beach, just a short bike ride away. Take advantage of the on-site community pool for refreshing dips. Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort unfolds with three miles of sun-kissed Atlantic Ocean beachfront, showcasing three world-class golf courses, a full-service marina, an award-winning tennis & pickleball center, and an enchanting 11-mile lagoon. Everything was clean and perfectly placed. Thankfully they had fans because we forgot ours! Couch was great for family movie night and villa was in good location. Only thing that I didn't love was parking. If there is no parking left in the area you have to park in another complex's and people will park in the complex at this condo and leave you with no other option. Other than that great stay! Had everything we needed! Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautifully decorated, sun filled condo with wide outdoor deck in manicured gardens. Kitchenware and linens are top rated and fully stocked. Don't miss this clean, comfortable rental situated close to beach, restaurants, shops, and bike rentals.

I almost don't want to write this because 689 Queens Grant is a hidden gem in Hilton Head. This condo is a short walk (or 2 min. bike ride) to the beach. It's so sunny, well decorated and clean. Plus has a beautiful deck we loved hanging out on every morning and evening when we weren't at the beach. Loved having lunch or a happy hour drink at The Dunes. Can't wait to come back to Palmetto Dunes and this condo!

We loved staying at the 689 Queens Grant condo. This amazing property is spotlessly clean, well stocked, perfectly maintained and beautifully decorated. The pictures and description were spot on. It is a five minute bike ride to the beach and footsteps to pickleball, golf and bike rentals. Erica and Jenna from Relax Rentals were excellent to work with and addressed our questions and provided information immediately. We would definitely rent again and recommend this property to family and friends.

We so enjoyed our stay at the lovely condo unit at 689 Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes. It has aesthetically pleasing decor and comfortable furnishings. The main living area has wonderful sunlight with vaulted ceiling and beautiful structural beams. The kitchen was very well equipped, as were the bedrooms and baths. Everything we needed was available. Relax Rentals made our rental process ideal. We enjoyed the large deck for relaxing and dining outside with nature. Great location for bike riding to the beach and close to shopping. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was as expected: very comfortable and pleasant. The villa we rented was easy access, clean, amenities as described, very nice updated kitchen. The location to the beach was a nice walk or bike ride. We would rent from the same owner again in the future. Thank you! Suzanne
