Immerse yourself in the recently remodeled open-concept villa, featuring an extended main living area that invites lazy afternoons of relaxation or leisurely reading. Unwind on the back porch, where you can grill your favorite meals while sipping on your preferred beverage.

The dining room, capable of seating six guests, complements the kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A pass-through to the dining room adds a touch of convenience. The master bedroom on the first floor boasts a king bed, a flat-panel TV, and scenic views, creating a tranquil retreat. The en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower for added comfort.

Ascend to the second floor, where a charming landing hosts a twin bed, leading to the guest bedroom with two double beds and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Positioned directly across from the Beach Path to the Atlantic Ocean, this villa is a haven for beach lovers. Palmetto Dunes presents an array of amenities, including tennis and excellent restaurants. Just beyond the entry to Palmetto Dunes lies Shelter Cove, our "second downtown," where shops, restaurants, a park for children, and scenic views of Broad Creek await.
