PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Welcome to 101 Fairway Lane, a spacious single-level 2-bedroom villa perfectly situated just across the street from the beach path. Enjoy fantastic views of the 3rd hole of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from this beautifully appointed villa. After a day of golf or beach fun, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather, enjoy a meal, or watch a movie. The sunroom, spanning the length of the villa, is an ideal spot for an afternoon nap or watch the golfers perfect their putt on the green. The primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, across the hall, offers 2 double beds, a private bathroom, and a sliding glass door leading to a cozy patio. An enclosed courtyard at the front door provides ample space for your bikes and beach gear.

Experience all that Sea Pines has to offer, including Harbour Town, South Beach, the Shoppes at Sea Pines Center, and Lawton Stables. A quick bike ride will take you to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty and wildlife. Sea Pines is home to three championship golf courses that provide magnificent views.

1 dog permitted, up to 50 lbs. $250 non-refundable fee. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside either, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

CANCELLATIONS – See rental agreement for more information or contact Relax Rentals with any questions. Our cancellation policy supersedes any third-party site such as VRBO or Airbnb, you are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance.

CAR PASSES – Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be ordered in advance.

Wonderful Stay! Steps from the Beach!

"We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! It was quiet, well stocked, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We have several young children, and we particularly appreciated the books and games the owners supplied, as well as the comfortable and abundant seating. But most of all, the location is almost unbeatable! There is a private beach path right across the street from the villa, and it only took us a few minutes to walk to the sand (which is great with kids because you always have gear, and you always forget something!). We really enjoyed the proximity to the Sea Pines bike path as well, which was quite close. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Convenient Location with Tranquil Setting

"The condo is spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare our own meals. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the outdoor patio and visits from the great blue heron. There are multiple indoor seating areas with large windows to enjoy the views of the wildlife around the lagoon and the lush golf course. Its convenient location provided an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as direct access to bike paths. All the beach walking and exploring the area on bikes made for tired bodies that were grateful for comfortable beds and quiet, restful nights. We can’t wait to return to Sea Pines!
