"This was my 6th time staying in the Bluff Villas, and my 2nd staying at 1691. I will always choose 1691 if it’s available for the weeks I want to come. The bed is comfy, the washer and dryer work great! The condo is always so clean! I will be back!

"This condo is perfect. It is within walking distance of public beach access. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The private patio was perfect to have coffee on in the morning and to relax on after a day at the beach. Erica with Relax Stays was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any concerns or issues. Sea Pines is my favorite place to stay in HHI. You can bike everywhere and the trials are beautiful. I would rent this property again.

"10/10 property! The AC works SO well. The walk to the beach was super short (we're used to staying beach front this wasn't bad at all) we saw SO many dolphins too. Only minor suggestions would be a few more hooks for towels/suits and maybe a box fan in the closet because there isn't a ceiling fan in the room other than that perfection

"This property was clean and great for a stay at the beach. We didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment because it is perfectly located to so many things to enjoy. Quick walk or bike ride to Salty Dog Cafe and the pool. The short walk to the beach is technically to the "sound" side of the beach which has less crowds and less waves. It was still an easy bike ride around to the corner to the oceanfront beach. I really appreciated the rental credit, it was so easy to rent bikes, beach chairs, and other equipment and then not have to worry about bringing our own. The view off the balcony is of the road (no beach or sound view) but it was quiet and the mature landscaping and live oaks are really peaceful. Of note, there is no salt/pepper/olive oil in the kitchen so you really need to bring everything if you want to cook (outside of the pots, pans, and utensils).

"The process was easy, the apartment was clean and fairly well supplied (laundry and dishwashing cleaning essentials), beach towels, chairs and pool pass. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, pool and South Beach staple Salty Dog.

"Perfect, cozy, clean villa. Great beach access, and the beach was never over crowded. 2 min walk to the Salty Dog Cafe, charter fishing from the marina, and close to some great ponds for fishing!! Would definitely recommend and come back to this villa/area.

"Great location, right by the beach with a beautiful balcony to take in the view, very easy and straight forward check in process and check out process. Kitchen well equipped to make dinners for the family while on vacation. Only negative, some bugs were in the kitchen area

Easy Beach Getaway

"We have not stayed in Sea Pines for many years. I forgot how long the plantation property is. This villa is tucked way at the end of the island. The best part was that it was not even 200 yards to walk over to the beach. It was never crowded and the dolphins put in a show every day. The sunset over the sound drew a small crowd- just enough for us to realize how lucky we were to be staying at that part of the island. We would return.
