About Evian: Evian is a private community within the gated and secure Shipyard Plantation. Evian enjoys plenty of amenities from 6 tennis courts (four of them lighted), pickleball courts, 44 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, golf views, a large lagoon and a recently refurbished swimming pool. In addition to the on-site amenities, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean are all within a leisurely walk or bike ride away.
Shipyard has many amenities in and of its own, including the Shipyard Beach Club which was built 2006. Owners within Shipyard Plantation are able to reserve the Beach Club for their private use through the Shipyard Property Owners Association.

"We had a great family vacation at 229 Evian. It was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. We enjoyed playing cards on the porch too. The kitchen was stocked and had plenty of storage in the condo. It was a great home, away from home!

"Great place. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to the beach and island amenities like restaurants, grocery, shopping etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. The only issus we had were small things. A few miscommunications. Wrong tv info and wrong pass codes to the pool. Our condo pass code didn't work one night for some reason bit they were quick to respond to that and resolve it. Overall it was a great place.

"We had a fantastic time at 70 Shipyard. The location was great and the place was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to respond and provide insight and suggestions to the surrounding area. We hope to stay with them in the near future.

"Great place to stay! Short walk the heated pool and 6 minute drive to Coligny. Everything was clean and the staff was quick to respond with help, even when messaged later in the evening. 10/10 would recommend!!!

"A beautiful place in the midst of Shipyard, which was a great resort. Private beach access was great, as the public beaches were well beyond capacity. The Villa was well decorated, and located in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

"Spending two weeks in this unit was such a treat! It has clearly been recently remodeled & it's lovely. Classic simple decor & very clean. Well appointed kitchen, everything we needed to enjoy “meals at home”. Shipyard is a quiet community, we so enjoyed all the walking trails and great proximity to the beach. We would definitely return.
